Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003
Unlocking Potential Jobs does not operate as an employment agency or recruitment agency.
Employment agencies and employment businesses (as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973), must ensure that when they register with Unlocking Potential Jobs they declare the nature of their business in their adverts and also the name of their client.  Any job adverts that are posted on Unlocking Potential Jobs must comply with the Act and Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2004.

Any employment agency suspected of misusing the site will be removed without notice or explanation.

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belong to Unlocking Potential Jobs. Use of the site does not give anyone any proprietary rights to any such materials.

All quoted prices exclude VAT. Payment by credit card is via Paypal an independent Payment Service Provider.  In certain circumstances, customers may be issued with a credit account.  In cases of late payment, Unlocking Potential Jobs may suspend provision of services. 10% interest will be payable on payments exceeding 30 days. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

We try to meet the highest possible standards when collecting and using personal information. We encourage people to bring it to our attention if they think that our collection or use of information is unfair, misleading or inappropriate.
