A certain amount of repetition won’t phase you and you’ll stay focused, working with key interfaces as print and production and despatch and dealing with carriers. A degree or equivalent qualifications. A good command of Maths and English is essential.
IT literacy is essential, in particular being competent in the use of Excel.
Any experience in using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Enfocus Pitstop and PDF creation will be useful but is not essential as training will be given.
Any Print related Pre-Press knowledge is useful, but not essential as you will learn this on the job.
You’ll be able to liaise directly with customers in a professional manner via email, phone or face to face.
It’s vital that you have good organisational and time management skills; that you’re able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
You’ll want to be helpful and supportive, both to team members, colleagues from other departments and importantly to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being the link between the customer and TJ International for POD preparation tasks, reporting and customer queries
Locating files and required data for POD preparation
Managing the POD Digital Library
Preparing files ready for POD
Delivering an excellent standard of work to internal customers
