Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description

The Role  

Moose Toys are looking for an experienced Coordinator with outstanding attention to detail, a proactive approach and excellent IT skills. 

The key objectives of this role are to:

• To raise, amend, receive, and record orders
• To provide analysis of orders raised, booked, and shipped
• To provide reporting support
• To maintain the teams SOP and SLA systems
• To assist the Purchasing Operations team with ad-hoc projects as required

Experience & Qualifications

• Extremely computer literate and experienced with MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
• Experience successfully maintaining and learning new systems (JDE system experience would be highly advantageous)
• Able to work in a systematic, methodical, and orderly manner
• Willingness to resolve anomalies through investigation and problem solving
• Passionate, creative, organised, team player
