We're looking to add another member to our growing Media team. Based in our St. Ives office, you’ll be working alongside the wider Media team to plan, create and deliver exciting, thumb stopping social media campaigns across our client portfolio.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity will suit a provien social media whizz, with 2+ years of agency experience. With a perfect balance of strategic and creative thinking, and the ability to work alongside our in-house designer, you must have the ability to create unique content that excites, engages and prompts action for the user.

You must have proven experience of delivering robust social media campaigns - campaigns that have delivered against tangible business KPIs.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years agency experience in planning, creating and delivering creative social content across Facebook and Instagram
  • Proven experience in developing robust social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement (across both organic and paid campaigns)
  • Ability to identify target audiences and monitor potential new target audiences
  • Competent with Facebook Business Manager (campaign set up, optimisations and reporting)
  • Experience in setting, managing and optimising social media budgets through Facebook Business Manager 
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform
  • Familiar with the Adobe Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights
  • An ability to work well alongside the wider team
  • The ability to prioritise tasks (across multiple projects/clients) and manage your own time is essential
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

 

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the wider marketing mix. And the role social media can plan in a cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Write engaging blog posts and articles
  • Write website copy for new builds
  • Write engaging advertising copy on google adwords 
  • Ideally be educated to degree standard in one of the following subjects: Business management; Marketing (particularly digital marketing); Media and Communications; Public Relations.
  • Understanding of WordPress CMS
