CC Media a digital marketing agency based in Cornwall and Marlow are looking for a forward-thinking and innovative SEO Manager with proven agency and client-facing experience.

Job Description

As an SEO Manager you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and managing SEO strategy and will work closely with the Head of Digital to ensure the successful prioritisation and implementation of SEO initiatives. You’ll also need to have strong stakeholder management skills that you can flex across different business verticals.

The successful candidate must have a history of driving positive change across multiple SEO projects and have the ability to work hand in hand with the website and paid media teams to help our clients maximise the performance and ROI of organic traffic, whilst improving the engagement of visitors. They must be someone who can take ownership of  SEO projects

Essential requirements: 

  • Proven SEO experience within agencies where possible
  • In depth knowledge of SEO·In depth understanding of website performance metrics
  • Experience with CMS systems such as WordPress, Magento, Demandware and Joomla
  • Backend SEO Elements Knowledge and implementation
  • Deep understanding of Local & Mobile Search Strategy
  • Deep understanding of Integration of Digital Channels with SEO
  • Up to date knowledge of historical and current SEO information and trends
  • Familiarity with industry tools
  • Google Analytics expertise
  • Google Tag Manager experience

Desired requirements:

  • Experience using SEM Rush
  • Understanding of PPC and Paid Social advertising
  • Understanding of Wordpress and React
  • Strong content editing skills – as well as writing your own content you’ll need to brief, edit and critique other content
  • Dog Lover!

CC Media are an ambitious team of digital marketers with expertise across media, design and technology - spread across two offices in Marlow and St. Ives, Cornwall.  Over the past 18 months we’ve seen significant growth, expanding from a team of 4 to 10.

Our journey began specialising in the aesthetics, medical and health industries, however a recent partnership with a branding agency has seen us enter the retail space, and we now successfully manage a portfolio of retail websites across the UK and Europe, to add to our existing client list of over 20 clients.

We offer the following services to our clients:

  • Responsive web design and build
  • Multi-channel digital marketing campaign management (SEO/PPC/social/email)
  • Content creation (inc. video, photography and copywriting)

Not your typical agency, we offer flexible working hours with the ability to work from home (within reason) - we understand work-life balance is key to a successful, happy team (and life!).

Salary is negotiable - we’re looking for the right kind of people to join us and are willing to pay above market rate to find them.We are a flexible team. Currently we work 1-2 days in the office and 3-4 days from home. As long as the work is done to a high level we don’t mind where you are!
