Frugi are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join our Wholesale Commercial team at our HQ in Helston, Cornwall.

About You

You'll be a strong administrator preferably with a background in supporting sales channel teams. You'll be a people person and enjoy working with colleges and external customers to ensure we remain on track with our sales activities and reporting. You'll be a brilliant communicator, able to write informative and engaging communications with accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll be computer literate and super organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Your Role in a Nutshell

To support the Sales team operationally and to manage all trade key accounts. You will be involved with all trade communications strategy, planning and delivery. You will work closely and collaboratively with senior Sales members and with all internal departments to ensure an excellent level of sales support is provided in a timely way that meets the needs of all stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the owner of the Trade Planning Calendar. Working closely with your senior Sales team colleagues, you will plan the seasonally key dates and populate the plan with the relevant activities. You will be responsible for cascading the plan and contents throughout the business
  • You will support the strategy and delivery of all Sales team and trade customer communications, specifically ensuring the balance between pro-active, reactive, regular and timely up-dates
  • You will be accountable for pro-actively creating, managing, communicating the trade seasonal calendar and all trade planning and supporting its delivery and implementation and all related KPI’s
  • You will manage the processes for order taking & order processing methods and reporting
  • You will support the seasonal launch events and key Sales meetings. This will include agreeing, confirming and communicating timings, agenda, attendees, location and activities.
  • You will provide support with writing communications for our Trade and wholesale accounts.

Essential skills

  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills, providing head office support to our Commercial team and trade partners.
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in creating reports, managing and interpreting data and providing analysis and commentary to draw out key issues, trends and solution would be desirable.
  • Great interpersonal skills and able to build successful relationships by phone, email and in person.
  • Excellent communicator in the spoken and written word, with accuracy of spelling/grammar and great attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office programs including Office 365 and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to learn in-house systems quickly.
  • Must be highly resilient, tenacious and results oriented.
  • Must be enthusiastic, excellent collaborator and influencer, combined with a strong customer focus. 
  • Demonstrates good networking, relationship building and influencing skills (internally and externally).
