The purpose of this post is to provide an effective and efficient, professional Project support service to, primarily the Project Manager and Head of Operations, but other key senior staff as appropriate

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support role at Smile Together Dental CIC, to support our continuing business growth and development.

Reporting to our Project Manager, this position will suit someone who has previous Project Support and well-developed organisational skills.  The right candidate is someone who is keen to make a difference in their daily working life and embark on a series of exciting service improvement changes and business development pathways.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): supporting our Project Management Office (PMO) by providing an efficient, effective and professional Project support service. Duties will include:

  • Managing small scale projects under the direction of the Project Manager
  • Supporting the Project Manager and Head of Operations with the delivery of complex service improvement programmes
  • Tracking, reporting, and updating on all project progress
  • Attending and supporting all PMO meetings
  • Scheduling Project Boards
  • Supporting the organisations procurement and estates project workstream under the direction of the Head of Operations
