Job Description

Summary of duties, skills & approach

Support Consultants in the delivery of technical aspects of all designated projects to the required quality standard utilising identified tools, processes, assigned resource and methodologies, including;

  • Research and liaise with medical equipment suppliers in obtaining quotations and placing orders, progressing delivery, management of invoices, and coordinating receipt.
  • Utilise online and electronic procurement and purchasing systems
  • Manage project information in, filing structures, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Support coordination of on-site installation and commissioning teams
  • Identify and, in conjunction with others, manage risks and issues that may affect successful project delivery
  • Undertake the general administration, filing and referencing of all project related information and communications
  • Attend client, stakeholder, and design & construction team presentations, workshops, review meetings, and commercial meetings (including those overseas)
  • Liaise with clients and other external stakeholders regarding technical aspects of project.
  • Undertake training and development in line with personal requirements as identified between you and your Department/Team Leader
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by your Department/Team Leader in support of work of any department in Company

Key skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Access
