This is a senior Administrator post with responsibility for the administrative duties on a number of Young People’s projects with different funding streams, each with their own reporting and audit requirements.

Job Description

Main responsibilities include:-

  • Supporting the Contract Manager in the delivery of the Projects. 
  • Liasing with Partners regarding submission of complete and accurate project data and financial claims. 
  • Supervision of data entry and reconciliation of learner information onto Management Information System. 
  • Supervision of checking project evidence and recording claims and performing internal audits of same. 
  • Text production and document presentation including preparation of reports on project and partner performance. 
  • Arrangements and preparation for and support at meeting and events. 

The successful candidate will be qualified to Level 2 or above in Numeracy and Literacy. Experience of Word,Access, Powerpoint ad Excel is required.

Our purpose is to achieve a culture of lifelong learning which will assist with economic regeneration and underpin social inclusion by fostering collaborative approaches to education and training

We achieve this mainly through developing projects that provide training and skills to the people of Cornwall on behalf of our partner organisations.  These organisations include colleges & other training providers, voluntary & community organisations, business organisations and the statutory sector.  Currently we have around 100 organisations on our Partner Framework.
