About You

We’re looking for a highly organised self-starter with a background in administration. You’ll be adept at producing highly accurate work to a deadline. With strong communication skills you’ll enjoy working as part of a team and with our valued suppliers. You’ll be brimming with ideas to continue to improve the smooth flow of information and communication within Frugi and our supply base.  You’ll be computer literate and super organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Your Role in a Nutshell

Assist the production team in running our busy department by helping to coordinate supplier communication, inbound deliveries, stock movements and associated transactions in order to meet department deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and shipment deadlines to maintain on time, in full deliveries.
• Raise stock purchase orders within critical path deadlines.
• Book and coordinate inbound logistics.

Essential skills

• Highly experienced in delivering varied administrative activities to a deadline.
• Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal and able to liaise with internal colleagues at all levels.
• Logical and process orientated.
• Creative and innovative thinker and problem solver with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Super organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Solid IT skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office programs, including MS Excel and the ability to learn in-house systems quickly.
