We’re looking for a person to fill a key role in creating bespoke kitchens, providing the link between our designers and our workshop. This is a technical role breaking down a kitchen plan in to cutting lists and construction details for the workshop

Job Description

1) Maintain database of Products using Product Planner software (parametric parts breakdown)

2) Produce detailed workshop specification sheet from CAD drawings and quote supplied by designers, thoroughly checking dimensions and layout for any problems.

3) Produce cutting lists for each area of production, solid wood and sheet materials

4) Produce optimised cutting plans for a variety of sheet materials with associated labels for tracking parts

5) Specify materials and hardware orders for each project.

6) Program CNC equipment with drilling patterns, router pathways

7) Advise designers on construction details of special products

Company Description

Treyone is a family business established in 1978. We design, make and fit high quality fitted kitchens with three showrooms in Devon & Cornwall in addition to our 10,000 sq foot workshop near Liskeard. Each kitchen is made to order following a design process between customer and one of our four designers, we undertake our own installation with our dedicated team of five fitters. Typically we work on 60 to 70 projects per year.

1) The ideal candidate would be a mix of kitchen designer, cabinet maker, kitchen fitter and CNC programmer, all four skills are relevant in this absorbing and varied role.

2) The role involves using specialist software for the cabinet making industry

3) This is a senior role in our organisation with great scope for influencing the growth and direction of the company

4) An organised and disciplined approach is essential to meet weekly deadlines
