Keeping it Vintage are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to work within their expanding team.

Job Description

The role will include:

- Overseeing the day to day running of the business with the support of the company’s directors.

- Assisting with team management, rotas and staffing

- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a good team player

- Problem-solving on a daily basis

- Organising operations and logistics

- Answering emails/ calls to our clients and wedding couples

- Preparation of the customer orders

- Overseeing the day to day office duties with filing paperwork, invoices, post etc

- Representation at trade shows and events

- Sales

- Supporting our stylists on styling, fashion and wedding trends

- Maintaining great customer service at all times

- Delivery of orders throughout Cornwall and Devon

- Turning around stock between bookings

- Having a good understanding and knowledge of what we can offer

Preferred/Essential skills:

- Preferred knowledge of Google Drive/ OneDrive would be an advantage

- Previous experience within a hire business would be beneficial

- Excellent customer service skills

- A knowledge of the wedding industry or a passion to work within the wedding and events sector.

- The candidate must be able to lift and carry on a daily basis

- Clean driving license essential

- Graduate preferred but not essential

Established in 2017, Keeping It Vintage is a multi-award winning wedding and event hire business working with clients throughout the Southwest.

We are looking to recruit an operations coordinator to work within our expanding team. This is a diverse and exciting new role with the opportunity to become part of an innovative wedding and events company.

We are looking for a creative, driven and talented all-rounder to join our team and support the day to day operations along with the current partners. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent IT and communication skills, be self-motivated with a good eye for detail and above all a passion for delivering the highest standard of customer service. Administration skills will also be necessary including processing bookings, handling enquiries and responding to clients' requests. The role will include an amount of driving, especially through the main wedding season.
