We are looking to appoint a good all-rounder in a varied and challenging role within a small team. You should possess creative flair and exceptional organisational skills, be enthusiastic, driven and not scared to get stuck in and involved in problem solving.
The role would suit a someone with an analytical mind, someone who loves to ask questions, to get to the root of the problem, and use research to generate well thought out ideas. We are looking for someone with a broad range of interests, who can work independently, and is also willing to share ideas.
The ideal candidate would have the confidence to bring discussions to the table. Someone with a thirst for knowledge who isn’t afraid to think outside of the box, draw on their experience and to use that to think differently and feed into innovative ideas. As well as being an ideas person, we are looking for someone with an exceptional eye for detail, great design skills and for someone who is just as good at executing all the finishing touches to a project as they are starting the design process. You must be able to see a project through to the end picking up on all the details along the way.
The role encompasses research, ideas and prototyping through to final designs and asset creation. It will involve working within a small design team who’s focus is on UX and UI. As we are currently undergoing a full rebrand and new direction for the company and product, there will be requirements for the candidate to be involved in branding and marketing projects internally.

Qualifications: to degree or equivalent
Remuneration: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, 25 days of holiday and Share Options (post probation)
