This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual, wanting to progress their marketing career by promoting our team of specialists who deliver high quality email marketing campaigns for our clients. 

Working in the Commercial Team, your job is to develop marketing activities to drive inbound leads and support business growth. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box creatively, has a positive and flexible approach and can work as part of a tight-knit, high-performing team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on creation of inbound leads through appropriate marketing activities
  • Working in the Commercial Team this role is ?focussed on acquiring, retaining and growing customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including content syndication, email, social, lead-nurturing, online channel marketing, events, and analytics
  • Collaborate with an array of cross-functional team members and contractors (Sales, PR, Design, and PPC) to increase marketing’s contribution to revenue
  • Play an active role in all lead generation activity, working to targets
  • Create specific lead generation campaigns for our target markets
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B lead marketing activities
  • Budget management and business case creation for new initiatives
  • Create and nurture buyer personas, which identify customer needs in each market
  • Support the Commercial Team with proposals and pitches
  • Track and identify key competitor activity and industry topics

The Successful Candidate:

  • Proven and demonstrable skills in a similar role - ideally 5+ years experience
  • Proven track record managing B2B marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
  • Considerable knowledge of lead generation/ nurture marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results, creating reports and making recommendations for future actions
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Outstanding communication skills - must be able to confidently manage stakeholders by picking up the phone, join a Zoom call, or attend face to face meetings
  • Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
  • Eager to learn and passionate about the email marketing industry

Desirable – we’d love you to have this:

  • Experience of working within a marketing agency or similar
  • Knowledge of email best practice and industry developments
  • Experience in using G-Suite (incl. Docs and Sheets)
  • Prior experience of email marketing platforms 
  • Copywriting or proof-reading experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Studio reports
  • A marketing-related degree or similar
