Who will I be working for? What will I have to do? You’ll be manning our busy Microsoft environment helpdesk ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems across the business. You’ll get to work independently on a range of projects, set by our IT Manager, improving our overall IT performance and user experience whilst ensuring maximum up time.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a level 2 IT Technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a helpdesk or similar IT support role. You’ll have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Networks.
You’ll need to be a logical thinker with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. We also need you to be motivated, hard-working, extremely well organised and enthusiastic.
What else do I need to know? You’ll be based out of Penzance, working 37 ½ hours per week (some out of hours work will be required) and achieving earnings of circa £23k – £27k per year.
