“Lergh-Leski: Blazing a Trail for Cornish Culture”

‘Lergh-Leski’ is our Arts Council funded programme of i) organisational development and ii) strategic programme research and development. 

Lergh-Leski aims to ensure that our business model, financial management, leadership and cultural programme are truly resilient. 

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join the company as Lergh-Leski Programme Manager. 

Job Title: Lergh-Leski Programme Manager 

Responsible to: Artistic Director, Golden Tree Productions cic

Location: Golden Tree office, Studio 218, Krowji, Redruth, TR15 3AJ

Contract: Fixed term. 8 months. Oct 2018 - May 2019

Hours Per Week: 32 (equivalent to 4 days)

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 pro rata 

The post is currently funded until May 2019. Dependent on successful fundraising and financial planning by the company, Golden Tree would like to recruit a ‘Company Manager’. Successful delivery of ‘Lergh-Leski’ could lead towards just such a longer-term role beyond May 2019.

Through our ‘Tick Box Bus’ and our on-going, innovative approach to Cornish Language work, we are tackling head-on the implications of the inclusion of the Cornish under the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities and how that aligns with and strengthens the Creative Case for Diversity. Now, having been awarded the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’s ‘Diamond Landscapes’ competitive tender, the company is preparing for further high profile, high impact cultural projects.
