Coastline’s Leasehold and Service Charge team is responsible for the post-sales management of shared ownership, leasehold and freehold property accounts, including income recovery and management.
You'll be the key point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, shared owners and service charge enquiries to the business; and you'll maximise the company's income by effectively collecting all income in relation to these customers.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, pay great attention to detail, enjoy learning new skills and be comfortable with a fast-paced and varied environment. A full driving licence and basic DBS check are required for this position.
This role pays circa £25,500 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
