We are an Educational Charity and Visitor Attraction based in Cornwall and are looking for a Service Desk / IT Support Engineer (1st / 2nd Line) to join our well established in-house ICT Team.

Job Description


This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has a broad range of 1st / 2nd Line IT Services skills to come and work in a challenging, varied and rewarding environment. As part of the team you will be responsible for all aspects of ICT support and delivery across the Eden Trust.

This position is perfect for someone with experience in a similar role and thrives on working within a small but dedicated team of individuals who support each other. Occasional weekend and out of hours cover is required.


  • People Skills
  • Windows 7, Windows 10
  • Broad range of hardware skills – PC’s, Printers, WIFI, CCTV etc.
  • Microsoft Office suite including MS 365 and OneDrive
  • Active Directory


  • Epos experience
  • MS Dynamics CRM.
  • GDPR / Data Protection knowledge.
  • Windows Server 2008 and later
  • Network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls etc…)
  • Telephony systems (VoIP)
  • Support/ticketing applications
