This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in a career in banking to take part in the Handelsbanken Internship Programme.

Job Description

Working as part of a team you will have the chance to build your knowledge of banking by spending time learning all elements of our banking operation.

We are looking for people who share our values: a long-term approach, customer service, taking responsibility, and collaborating with others to achieve joint goals.

The successful candidates will follow a specific programme, based either within one of our branches or the Regional Head Office covering all aspects of the Bank’s operations. Working as an integrated member of the team, you will spend your first few weeks understanding the core principles of our business before being assigned activities that allow you to gain experience in the broader aspects of banking, working alongside our Relationship Managers and more specialised functions.

We are looking to recruit bright, articulate individuals who wish to develop a long term career in banking.

The Internship Programme is viewed as a platform to support us in recruiting our leaders of the future.
