Ocean Housing Group Ltd is looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a Fixed Term basis to support the current HR Team until 31st March 2019.

Job Description

The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Ocean Group which will provide administrative support to the HR team, along with being responsible for data management of our internal HR database. You will deal with enquiries coming into the HR Team and administer the work flows and escalate queries as necessary. 

As part of your role you will provide direct support to the team with data entry, scanning and maintaining employee records, arranging and coordinating training, assisting with the preparation of letters, the induction process and providing general admin support. You will also provide specific admin support to the Head of HR with duties to support the teams objectives and strategies. 

About you

You will have good attention to detail with good administrative and IT Skills. In addition to having the ability to conduct yourself in a confident and professional manner, you will be able to manage and prioritise your time and tasks effectively and are able to take initiative whilst acting in a clear, polite and positive manner.

Excellent IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required, together with experience of administration, data entry and producing written correspondence.

You will hold GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths or equivalent Level 2 qualification(s).
