Job Description

We’re looking for someone with an excellent phone manner, a can-do attitude - who also wants to unleash their inner geek!

Your main focus will be providing technical support for customers, being their first port of call and while working with us you’ll have the opportunity to gain skills in SQL, Business Reporting, Sales & Marketing processes, Email Marketing and Video Production.

What we need you to do:

  • Assist with front-line technical support queries
  • Produce ad-hoc training material such as 90 second “How do I…” videos and manuals
  • Occasionally deliver web/on-site training where required
  • Assist with producing internal technical documentation
  • Work with the technical delivery team and help manage the delivery of projects

Essential skills:

  • Degree level qualification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications
  • Knowledge of web browsers
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Enthusiastic and comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and on the phone
  • Excellent written and grammatical skills
  • Quick and clear thinker who can take initiative
  • Experience in a customer facing role
