Company Description

Company Background

Messaging apps are the primary way we communicate in our personal lives. Yet, the majority of businesses in Europe and America still use email, SMS or phone.

60% of people would rather message a business, and that number will increase.

Web chat was a step in the right direction, but we saw a number of limitations with the way it’s setup and used.

Tappter is a messaging service that caters for serious business needs, whilst providing a simple and convenient messaging interface for customers.

At first, we’re focussing on opportunities where there is a serious or professional communications need. This covers buying or renting a home, to setting up utilities or searching for a job.

Our vision is to bring consumer-to-business messaging to the masses, with top grade privacy and security embedded from the start, to create a TRUSTED messaging space for all.

Company Culture

We live by a simple philosophy: Great Love. Great Business.

We have great love for ourselves, by working on a project that gives us a purpose and the potential to have an impact.

We also have great love for our customers, by focussing on small details that solve their problems whilst providing an experience that is simple and secure.

We then make sure everything we do makes great business sense, which of course creates the opportunity to be more impactful overall.

Creativity and innovation is at the very heart of what we do. We encourage everyone in our team to be open with their ideas. Not all ideas are great ideas, but, we believe in harnessing the full potential of the group.

We’re also about supporting the small guys. Our product provides enterprise grade technology that is accessible to both large and small businesses.

Above all else, we’re like a bunch of best friends or a family – the destination is obviously important, but it’s the people on the journey that are the most important thing.
