Job Description
You’ll work closely with our General Manager, Finance Director and Project Managers across all client projects - making sure that we make the right decisions in terms of estimating, invoicing, cost control, and resourcing. You’ll be the key person connecting everything together. Lots of room for growth as we grow.
We need someone who will hit the ground running with:
- Finance: maintain budgets and oversee reporting and financial planning. Understanding, challenging and optimising our costs
- Operations: streamline and update processes, tools and tasks, and ensure coordination between projects & teams
- People: oversee contractor recruitment, onboarding and making sure contractors are compliant with our client contracts
- Growth: support the leadership team on ad-hoc strategic initiatives to grow our business
Key Experience
- You’ve previously worked across finance, operations, people and project operations teams
- You have previous successful experience in finance in a reputable business in an industry with relatable working methods
- You have experience of building operations functions in fast moving agencies, consulting or startup companies
- You’re experienced in project-based, deadline-led work
- You’ve worked in people-led cultures
- You’ve worked in highly uncertain, fast-changing environments
- You’ve worked with creative and analytical disciplines and methods, such as research, design, product and brand in a lead capacity

Location and hybrid style of work is flexible and we're open to all styles. We have studios in London, New York and people living in Cornwall, so hope to build a team in Cornwall too.
