About You

With a background in managing portal-based digital trade customers, you’ll be highly experienced in planning and delivering of commercial targets and you’ll become Frugi’s consignment, drop ship and market place internal expert. You’ll be brimming with ideas to continue to plan, prospect and deliver new business opportunities. You’ll be computer literate and super organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be planning and delivering commercial targets/KPI’s (e.g. Sales, Margin, Costs, New Business)
• You’ll develop close working relationships with our external key partners
• You’ll also develop relationships and work collaboratively with all our fantastic internal stakeholders, such as IT, Projects, Merchandising and the Trade Sales team
• You’ll identify, plan, prospect and deliver on new business opportunities
• You’ll be collating consistent and accurate data and reporting
• You’ll be understanding and articulating the global opportunity to deliver both sales and brand awareness

Essential skills

• You’ll have a proven track record of working in Retail, Wholesale and Digital Commerce sectors, ideally gained with an organic childrenswear brand
• You’ll be highly commercial and have a breadth of basic understanding of commercial, financial, brand, trade marketing, visual merchandising and operations.
• You’ll be data driven, highly numerate with strong analytical and data mining skills
• You’ll have experience of creating reports, managing and interpreting data and providing analysis and commentary to draw out key issues, trends, and solutions.
• You’ll be enthusiastic, persuasive combined with a strong customer focus
• You’ll consistently demonstrate drive, energy and resilience to working within an agile trading environment
• You’ll have previous experience of influencing and negotiating with teams at all levels and across multiple functions
• You’ll be sales driven and commercially aware of the fashion market and relevant trends
• You’ll be highly organised and self-motivated
• You’ll be highly resilient, tenacious and results orientated
• You’ll have the ability to be a brand advocate and encourage such advocacy
• You’ll be able to operate at both strategic and operational levels and have a good attention to detail
• You’ll demonstrate good networking, relationship building and influencing skills, both internally and externally.
• Solid IT skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office programs and the ability to learn in-house systems quickly.

The ethical and organic children’s clothing brand Frugi was born in 2004 with an aim to show that clever design, great ethics, and passionate people can help change the world!  Frugi Bloom followed shortly after providing a ‘bump to breastfeeding and beyond’ range with the same ethics and clever design to ensure longevity.

In 2018, we were acquired by our private equity partners, True Capital, who are B-Corp certified and share our vision for ethical business practices and a focus on people and the planet.  The Frugi Group was completed in 2020 with the purchase of sister brands TotsBots and Bloom & Nora, who, with over 20 years of experience, share the same values and principles of sustainability with their much-loved reusable nappies and period products.
