About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will deliver first class customer care services to the Company’s tenants on a Fixed Term basis until 31st March 2020. You will be the first point of contact for all customers, answering all enquiries wherever possible.

In addition you will be working within a team to deliver:

  • Using our in-house database enter all correspondence detail to ensure an audit trail
  • Processing incoming payments
  • Provide additional reception services at the Company’s head office
  • Additional cover for Post Services
  • Housing advice services over the telephone, via email; the internet, vis Social Media and in person

About you

You will have experience of working in a team and of working in a Customer Service Environment. You will have effective communication skills to enable you to deal with customers in difficult and stressful situations and have an understanding of data protection.

You will hold English and Mathematics GCSE Grade A-C level or an equivalent.

This position is a Fixed Term position for a total of 22.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day over 3 days which are Monday, Tuesday and Friday) up until 31st March 2019. The core hours of business are 8.30am – 5pm
