Job Description

Working as part of a small friendly team you will be first point of contact for our customers.

The role will be based in our spacious, newly refurbished offices in Bodmin, Cornwall. There will be the opportunity for some travel to promote the company and its products at shows and events and to work with our key clients. 

The Company is undergoing a period of strong growth and this is the perfect time to join.

Principal activities of the role are:

  • Being first point of contact with Customers on the phone and email
  • Processing customer orders
  • Dealing with Export customers shipping arrangements
  • Preparing management reports
  • Liaising with the field sales force

The successful candidate must have the following essential qualities:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a small team

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • Knowledge and experience of Horse Riding
  • Experience of working with sales order processing systems.
