Moose Toys, an award-winning global toy business, based 10 minutes from the Cornish coastline is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator with German plus English language skills to join our growing team.

Job Description

The Role  

This position is an integral part of these Moose values and is responsible for providing the highest level of Customer Service to Moose consumers who have purchased our award-winning products. Proactively reviewing and responding to all their enquiries in a timely and efficient manner via our in-house ticketing system and by phone.

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • English plus German language skills
  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Extremely IT literate (Email and Excel essential)
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accurate reporting
  • Willingness to resolve anomalies through investigation and problem solving
