Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team to work with Black & Minority Ethnic groups and work collaboratively across a range of statutory and voluntary agencies improving the health and well-being of communities by bringing together opportunities for improved health.

The successful candidate will:

  • Facilitate access to mental health services
  • Work across the county to cover diverse and dispersed communities
  • Work as part of a team
  • Communicate with various agencies/organisations
  • To promote the understanding of cultural issues and contribute to ensuring culturally appropriate service delivery across organisations
  • Second language is desirable
  • Access to and use of a vehicle is essential
