This significant role will involve leading dental education at Truro Dental Education Facility, ensuring outstanding clinical education and patient care provided by Year 4 Dental Students.  You will also work closely with Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise.

You will be an excellent communicator and team-player as well as an enthusiastic teacher with a commitment to ensuring the highest clinical standards and delivery of our undergraduate professional programmes. Honorary status up to consultant level in Restorative Dentistry or one of the Monospecialities (Endodontics, Periodontics or Prosthodontics) will be considered for candidates who meet the Royal College requirements.

You must have full registration with the UK General Dental Council. This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis and is based in Truro.

This vacancy will involve working with children and/or vulnerable adults and any appointment will be subject to receipt of clearance for the Protection of Children from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
