We are looking for four experienced Business Analysts to deliver exceptional requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and management expertise across a wide range of IT enabled business change projects for the Council.

Job Description

Exciting things are happening in the IT space at Cornwall Council.  We’re embarking on the biggest IT investment plan in a decade and currently building the right team to deliver it.  Our ‘Digital Cornwall’ roadmap will be a game changer in terms of how our colleagues work more effectively and in terms of how our residents and partners will interact with us.  To be part of this team, you are going to need to be passionate, flexible and up for a challenge.

We are looking for four experienced Business Analysts to deliver exceptional requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and management expertise across a wide range of IT enabled business change projects for the Council.  Two of these positions will require the successful candidates to act as a lead BA on project assignments and to provide support to other BAs.  This will not require any line management of others.

This is a 18 month  fixed term contract and may represent a suitable secondment opportunity for existing Cornwall Council employees. If you wish to be considered for a secondment, please obtain your manager’s permission before applying.
