This is a foundation level role in Recruitment where you will begin the journey to becoming a 360 Consultant. You will benefit from a structured training programme giving you the theory and understanding to put in to practice almost immediately. You will be supported by a highly experienced team that will support you with on the job training and ad-hoc training sessions.

Experience you need to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and face to face
- Comfortable using IT packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online systems
- Enjoy working in a team environment but also independently
- Experience in a target driven environment – professional or personal is fine with us!
- Examples of when you have over achieved or innovated in order to succeed
