Job Description

Our Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship will give you a thorough introduction into Estate Management, by undertaking a structured training programme and being an active part of our specialist Estates Delivery Team.

You will be trained, supported and mentored to achieve a degree in surveying (commercial property practice pathway) and attain full chartered membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveying (RICS).

About you

If you are passionate about developing a career in Property / Estates and would prefer to learn on the job, rather than studying full time at university, then this opportunity is for you! 

No experience is necessary, however, industry related qualifications and work experience will be an advantage.

You will hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification/s and have the drive and commitment to see tasks through to completion.

You will be a great self-starter and a good team player, with excellent attention to details whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be willing to undertake a programme of work, study and training designed to develop your skills and abilities to achieve the Chartered Surveyor (Degree / Level 6) - Commercial Property Practice Pathway.

Apprenticeships require the ability to undertake regular learning, which may include: travel to the learning provider's location (e.g. college/university); distance and online learning as required.

The learning provider, location and dates will be confirmed ASAP upon appointment.
