To support the Programme Director and Cornwall team in delivering the Outset Cornwall contract

Specific duties:

  • Develop relationships and procurement frameworks with suppliers such as stationary companies and venues
  • Play a role in accurately monitoring systems and processes and look for opportunities to make improvements to increase efficiency
  • Session organisation
  • Engagement with a wide range of companies, projects and organisations from the private, public and third sector
  • Contribute to accurate CRM entry of our four partners project data
  • Highly accurate Outset CRM data entry
  • Financial data recording
  • Preparing materials for sessions/meetings
  • Booking venues
  • Collection and recording of evidence
  • Liaising with clients for event commitment
  • Coordinating appointments for annual reviews
  • Deliver excellent client service at all times to clients, subcontractors, partners and funders, building and maintaining strong working relationships with a range of key stakeholders
  • Supporting the programme director in establishing programme to be a Flagship project
  • Arranging of and taking notes at meetings
  • First point of contact for all telephone and email enquires

Person Specification:

Experience

Essential:

  • Relevant commercial, academic or vocational experience
  • Exposure to working within complex partnership settings
  • Strong team working skills
  • Data entry
  • Use of CRM’s
  • Experience of using Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in project environment
  • Experience of working with other stakeholders in a project
  • Experience of working with business support agencies, public and private sector organisations
