Company Description

Want to Headforwards in your career, then head to Cornwall!

We're an outsourced software development company based 5 miles from the beach.  Did you know the tech industry in Cornwall is one of the fastest growing in the UK?  No jokes about Cornwall not having mobile signal, we have a 300 mbs fibre connection! We're about to reach 100 people but we work in small teams of no more than 10. We've managed to keep a great culture and start-up feel, but we have the security of a 100 people 6 year established business.  We work with some of the largest companies in the world, developing world class software for a variety of different systems and businesses. Whilst our work is project/client based, you won't find anyone sitting on the bench here - you're more likely to find us on the beach. Or paddleboarding, surfing, building robots...all sorts really.

Why join us?

We're using the latest technologies and constantly developing new ideas. We believe that diversity of experience leads to better results, and we promote self development with internal conferences, knowledge sharing and external conferences and courses.  We are leading the way in Cornwall and this is a really exciting time to be part of the tech revolution in the South West.  As we've embraced Agile, we are now releasing software up to 18 times a day across 6 geographies. Combining Agile philosophies and practices with our core values has led to continual strong growth across the business. From a team of 5 in 2011 we are now about to reach 100.

We offer great benefits including:

  • Enhanced company pension
